Only guests listed on the booking form are allowed to reside at the villa during their stay.
The lead guest who is responsible for the booking must be a minimum of 25 years of age.
We do not accept university/college break students unless accompanied by parents.
If you set off the house alarm and you fail to cancel it, the police will arrive; you will be liable to pay a fine from the Kissimmee Police Authority for a false call out.
CCTV is in operation by ADT security.
